(APSU)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->Over the course of the last five years, the chapter has raised more than $100,000. On February 20th, chapter members toured the hospital to understand the importance of their contributions to this important cause.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeeing the young patients reminded me of why we do this,\u201d Nick Roberts, chapter president, said. \u201cThese children need our help, as well as support from the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The chapter is asking the Clarksville community to come together to help raise awareness, funds and support to end childhood cancer. The St. Jude Children\u2019s Research Hospital needs $2 million a day to operate in Memphis.<\/p>\n<p>The Alpha Tau Omega chapter\u2019s next Jump for Jude event will be at 4:00pm on April 8th, in Memorial Health Building\/Red Barn on campus.
