From employee preparation, such as, r\u00e9sum\u00e9 writing and assistance, training, pre-employment testing, to job searching by networking with employers, the Career Center provides all of these services and more.<\/p>\n

Clarksville Montgomery County Career Center Business of the Month Award<\/p><\/div>\n

Miller-Motte Technical College has been impacted by the dedication of the Career Center to the communities employment needs. The Career Center has collaborated with Miller-Motte\u2019s Career Services department as well as recommended technical training at the school.<\/p>\n

The management team from Miller-Motte was pleased to visit the Career Center and bring a sweet treat with them, along with the certificate, to let the employees at the Career Center know that they are appreciated. Many of the Career Center employees were able to join Kim Rye, Director of Career Services, to accept the award and enjoy the treats.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is wonderful to have such a great business partner as the Clarksville Montgomery County Career Center. Together we have increased the workforce population by providing the necessary training and employer networking needed to decrease unemployment in our area. Miller-Motte is pleased to recognize the Clarksville Montgomery County Career Center at the first recipient of our Business of the Month award,\u201d Kala Fielder, Campus Director at Miller-Motte said as she presented the award.<\/p>\n

Kim Rye, Director of Career Services at the Career Center was presented the award by Kala Fielder, Miller-Motte Technical College\u2019s Campus Director with Miller-Motte\u2019s management team and several of the Career Center employees witnessing the presentation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Clarksville Montgomery County Career Center \u2013 American Job Center was pleased to accept the Business of the Month Award from our partner, Miller-Motte. The partnership that we have developed is helping put people to work and providing education which is another win \u2013win for our community,\u201d said Kim Rye, Director of Career Services.<\/p>\n
