Daniel African American Cultural Center features a variety of art donated by alumni and community organizations, but the colorful, abstract paintings of APSU alumna Miesha Arnold (\u201807) are particularly eye-catching.<\/p>\n<p>In February, visitors to the Center will have an opportunity to dive deeper into Arnold\u2019s work, as she will be the focus of an exhibition of her watercolors, titled \u201cBlack Ink, Blue Collar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Black-Ink-Blue-Collar-Final-2-with-Layers.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-298733\" title=\"&quot;Black Ink, Blue Collar&quot; art exhibit\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Black-Ink-Blue-Collar-Final-2-with-Layers-480x336.jpg\" alt=\"&quot;Black Ink, Blue Collar&quot; art exhibit\" width=\"480\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a><!--more-->The display, which is free and open to the public, will run from February 2nd-27th. Art will be on sale throughout the month, and a silent auction will also be held.<\/p>\n<p>All funds from the silent auction will be donated to the Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibit will also feature jewelry from Cecilia Arnold and artwork from Jonathon Penn.<\/p>\n<p>A reception with Arnold is also scheduled for February 26th from 5:00pm-7:00pm and will be open to the public. This will be Arnold\u2019s second exhibition at the Center, as the young artist presented an exhibition titled \u201cFail Forward\u201d in February of 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The Wilbur N.
