The Refuge phone number is 931.647.2233.<!--more-->Blankets, winter coats, heaters, and monetary donations can also be dropped off during these hours.<\/p>\n<p>Manna Caf\u00e9 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strives to live the gospel by providing food, community, and shelter to the residents of Clarksville and Montgomery County.
