During the month of March, all current and new F&amp;M fans will be given the opportunity to vote for one of eight non-profit organizations listed on the bank\u2019s Facebook page. The two charities receiving the most votes will each be given $1,000. Charity receiving the most Facebook fan votes will be announced April 1.<\/p>\n<p>F&amp;M has offices in eight Middle Tennessee counties: Montgomery, Stewart, Robertson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson and Putnam. Bank employees from each county nominated local charities from their market area. One charity per F&amp;M market was selected. Those charities now in the running for two F&amp;M $1,000 donations, are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Radical Mission of Montgomery County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Good Samaritan, Inc. of Stewart County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>GreenRidge Toys for Tots in Robertson County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Humane Society of Sumner County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>United Way of Wilson County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Boys and Girls Club of Rutherford County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>STARS (Students Taking A Right Stand) of Williamson County<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Child Advocacy Center of the Upper Cumberland in Putnam County<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Facebook is a social network site that has over 400 million members worldwide. Facebook users are invited to become a fan of F&amp;M Bank and vote by going to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/myfmbank\"  target=\"_blank\">www.facebook.com\/myfmbank<\/a> beginning March 1. Non-Facebook users can likewise navigate to the site, but will first be asked to sign up by selecting a user name and password before being directed to the F&amp;M page. Clicking on &#8220;Become A Fan&#8221; will allow new Facebook users to vote for the charity of their choice.<\/p>\n<p>With over $785 million in assets, F&amp;M Bank is Tennessee\u2019s 12<sup>th<\/sup> largest state-chartered bank and has 15 full-service banking facilities in Middle Tennessee. F&amp;M was also recently named to <em>BusinessTN<\/em> magazine\u2019s list of the state\u2019s Hot 100 companies.
