The cave and its surrounding 110 acres have considerable scenic, natural and historical significance. The entrance offered shelter to prehistoric Native Americans as far back as 10,000 years.<\/p>\n<p>Dunbar Cave State Natural Area will present many nature programs this summer. We will pick up trash on the way. Bring your work gloves and water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservations By:<\/strong> 4:30pm, September 25th.<br \/>\n<strong>Program Leader:<\/strong> Amy Wallace, Interpretive Specialist<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>National Public Lands Day Hike at Port Royal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time:<\/strong> 3:00pm \u2013 5:00pm<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy a walk around the historical area and learn about the history of the old town and the Trail of Tears. All programs require reservations by the Deadline Listed.
