\"Rivers<\/a>Clarksville, TN<\/strong> \u2013 Bailey Piercefield has been named Miss River Queen 2014, while Macy Moyer will reign as the new Miss River Teen. The new titleholders were crowned at the pageant held Saturday, March 8th at Austin Peay State University\u2019s Clement Auditorium. They will be moving on to compete at the Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA Pageants.<\/p>\n

The pair will also reign over the Rivers & Spires Festival in Historic Downtown Clarksville, April 24th-26th, making numerous appearances, signing autographs and participating in Festival events. In October, they will also advance to the Miss Tennessee USA or Teen USA pageant, also held at APSU.<\/p>\n

The outgoing 2013 queens crowned the new queen and teen. Contestants competed in three phases; swimsuit, evening gown and private interview.<\/p>\n

The 12th Annual Rivers & Spires Festival, April 24th-26th in downtown Clarksville, is free and open to the public. The Festival features five stages of music and entertainment, arts and crafts, marketplace, food vendors, and activities for all ages.<\/p>\n
