With a revitalized d\u00e9cor, comfortable seating and other amenities, customers will enjoy a stunning new Wendy\u2019s experience when they visit the remodeled restaurant at 2330 Madison Street just re-opened this week, across from Wal Mart.<\/p>\n

The restaurant was remodeled using an innovative interior and exterior design, which is part of a comprehensive brand transformation to reinvent the Wendy\u2019s restaurant environment \u2013 from food innovation to building design to new packaging. It is just the second new-look Wendy\u2019s in Tennessee, and the first in central TN.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis restaurant has bold curb appeal and features a compelling, innovative interior and exterior design,\u201d said Wendy\u2019s Franchisee Mike O\u2019Malley. \u201cIt\u2019s very different from what our customers in Clarksville are used to, but we think they\u2019ll really like the fresh look and feel of the new Wendy\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2013, Wendy\u2019s intends to re-image at least 100 company and 100 franchise restaurants in North America. In addition, Wendy\u2019s is offering $10 million in cash incentives for franchisees to remodel existing Wendy\u2019s restaurants.<\/p>\n

Franchisee John Hughes, Wendy\u2019s Corporate Support Stan Campbell and Trung Pham, Franchise Operator Rich Sutton of Clarksville, Franchisee Mike O\u2019Malley of Clarksville, and Marketer Bayne Million.<\/p><\/div>\n

Wendy\u2019s has conducted nationwide research and studied every aspect of the customer\u2019s experience in redesigning its restaurants. Based on this feedback, Wendy\u2019s completely overhauled the interiors and exteriors of the building in Clarksville. This restaurant features a contemporary design with large windows and natural materials.<\/p>\n

The interior showcases open, bright dining areas, with multiple seating options. There is a new customer ordering process inside, digital screens, flat screen TV\u2019s, and a fireplace. The Coca-Cola Freestyle self-serve soft drink dispenser offers over 100 flavors for customers to create their favorite inside and at the drive-thru.<\/p>\n

[320left]Remodeling restaurants is part of a multi-year strategy to reinvigorate the Wendy\u2019s brand throughout North America and the way customers interact with Wendy\u2019s. The brand strategy involves completely re-imaging the entire Wendy\u2019s menu, as evidenced by launches of several new items, such as Berry Almond Chicken Salad, Dave\u2019s Hot \u2018N Juicy Cheeseburger and limited time items like the Flatbread Grilled Chicken Sandwich.<\/p>\n

Other brand enhancements are new advertising and marketing campaigns, a revised Wendy\u2019s logo, new crew uniforms and product packaging innovations.<\/p>\n
