\"ClarksvilleClarksville, TN<\/strong> – On Saturday, October 26th, the 5th Annual Fright on Franklin, presented by The City of Clarksville and Altra Federal Credit Union will take place beginning at 3:00pm in Downtown Clarksville.<\/p>\n

This free, family friendly and award winning event is for adults and kids of all ages and will feature safe trick-or-treating, a hayride, costume contests, and much more!<\/p>\n

\"2013<\/a>Once again, pre-registration for the costume contest is required. There will be no registration the day of the event.<\/p>\n

Contest participants can register beginning September 15th, 2013 thru October 25th, 2013 at the Parks and Recreation office or online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com.<\/p>\n

The contest is free to enter and open to ages 0 to 12. Prizes will be awarded. Register early; there are a limited number of spots per category. All costumes should be in good taste and appropriate for a family event.<\/p>\n

New this year to the costume contest is two additional categories for all ages to compete in – \u201cGroup\u201d and \u201cYou Made That?\u201d All costumes must be homemade to compete in the \u201cYou Made That?\u201d category.<\/p>\n
