\"ClarksvilleClarksville, TN<\/strong> – Join Clarksville Parks and Recreation this Saturday, August 31st, at Liberty Park for this week\u2019s Movies in the Park event, featuring the epic historical romance film, \u201cGone with the Wind,\u201d adapted from Margaret Mitchell’s Pulitzer-winning 1936 novel.<\/p>\n

“Gone with the Wind” is about a manipulative Southern belle, Scarlett O’Hara, who lives on her family’s cotton plantation in Georgia, carries on an affair with a blockade runner, Rhett Butler, during the American Civil War.<\/p>\n

“Gone with the Wind” this Saturday at Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s Movies in the Park<\/p><\/div>\n

All movies begin at dusk, with pre-show activities, \u201cMove before the Movies,\u201d taking place an hour prior. This week\u2019s \u201cMove before the Movies\u201d will begin at 6:15pm and features a 45 minute, free yoga class. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.<\/p>\n

As always, you are welcome to bring your picnic basket, but concessions will also be available. Be sure to bring your blankets and lawn chairs. Sorry, no pets allowed.<\/p>\n
