The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is encouraging movie-goers to dress as their favorite super hero for this Saturday’s Movies in the Park showing of, \u201cThe Avengers\u201d by giving away prizes, while supplies last.<\/p>\n

The Avengers is about a team of superhumans assembled by Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. to save the Earth from the Asgardian Loki and his alien army.<\/p>\n

“The Avengers” showing this Saturday, August 10th at Movies in the Park.<\/p><\/div>\n

Pre-show activities kick off at 6:30pm, August 10th at Liberty Park and will include character appearances by Marvel Super Hero\u2019s\u00ae Spider-Man and Iron Man!<\/p>\n

Be sure to bring your blankets and lawn chairs. As always, you are welcome to bring your picnic basket, but concessions will also be available.<\/p>\n
