The ceremony will also include the rededication of the Marvin Smith Pavilion. <!--more-->Following the ceremony, the Tennessee Horseshoe Pitchers Association will host an Open Sanctioned Tournament. This tournament will feature six-time World Champion Joan Elmore.<\/p>\n<p>Registration begins at 10:00am, with the pitching beginning at 10:30am.
