After retiring from Caterpillar, Inc., David relocated to Clarksville from Peoria, IL, where he has more fully developed a life-long passion for photography.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_179554\" style=\"width: 490px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Bird-Photography.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-179554\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-179554 \" title=\"Bird Photography by David Magers \" alt=\"Bird Photography by David Magers \" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Bird-Photography-480x360.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-179554\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bird Photography by David Magers<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->His exhibit at Planters Bank will feature a variety of bird photos taken in and around Clarksville. David&#8217;s goal is to capture images of the charming creatures in their natural setting. As he says, &#8220;I hope these photos touch your emotions in a positive way and bring a quiet smile to your face.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gabriele Wardeiner took a few art lessons years ago, but she considers herself \u201cmostly a self-taught artist.\u201d She enjoys experimenting with various mediums and \u201crarely does things by the book.\u201d Her love of trees in their bare winter dress drew her to draw and paint them in various mediums. She shows and sells art throughout the Clarksville.<\/p>\n<p>Her \u201cFour Seasons\u201d exhibit includes works in color pencil, drawings on bark, and mixed media.<\/p>\n<p>The Planters-Hilldale branch is located at 1971 Madison Street.
