Since 1990, the popular character actor has appeared in more than 90 films and television shows, ranging from \u201cMen in Black\u201d and \u201cThat Thing You Do\u201d to \u201cScrubs\u201d and \u201cCold Case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The same can be said for actor Christopher Darga. You probably know him best as a viking from the Capital One Visa commercials, but he\u2019s also appeared in the TV series \u201cDexter\u201d and the 2003 Jim Carey movie \u201cBruce Almighty.\u201d<br \/>\n<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Working-Actors-for-Actors-Workshop.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-160764\" title=\"Working Actors for Actors Workshop\" alt=\"Working Actors for Actors Workshop\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Working-Actors-for-Actors-Workshop-480x300.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->On January 26th, these two familiar faces will stop by the Austin Peay State University Trahern Theater for a program titled \u201cWorking Actors for Actors Workshop.\u201d The workshop, sponsored by the APSU Area of Theatre and Dance, will feature the two men explaining \u201cthe truth about what it takes to maintain a career in Hollywood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Both Whalen and Darga have worked steadily in the highly competitive film and television industry for more than 20 years. Whalen broke into the business in 1990 when he appeared as a fast-food manager on the short-lived \u201cFerris Bueller\u201d television show. Darga\u2019s big break came in 1987 when he was cast as Det. Ray Zacchino for an episode of \u201cL.A. Law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The two actors will first meet privately with students at 9:00am on January 26th.
