Local businesses will line the streets in Downtown Clarksville on Saturday, October 27th to hand out candy and other treats. Fright on Franklin activities will begin at 3:00pm with the Costume Contest kicking off at 4:00pm.<\/p>\n<p>Contest participants must register by 4:30pm, October 25th at the Parks and Recreation office or online at recpro.cityofclarksville.com. The contest is free to enter and open to ages 0 to 12. Prizes will be awarded. Register early, only the first 50 registrants will be accepted for each age group.<\/p>\n<h3>Try Scuba<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-102699\" title=\"Scuba Diving Lessons\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Scuba-Diving-Lessons1-e1325493663186.gif\" alt=\"Scuba Diving Lessons\" width=\"160\" height=\"146\" \/>The Indoor Aquatic Center will hold an introductory class the 1st Saturday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, beginning November 3rd, 2012 thru April 6th, 2013. The class is for those individuals who are interested in getting a taste of the scuba experience and an overview of what is involved in Scuba Certification. Six comprehensive course levels, Mommy &amp; Me, Pre-school, and Adapative sessions, for those with mental or physical disabilities, are available to teach you, your child or other family members how to swim safely and with skill.<\/p>\n<p>Classes are held weekdays and times vary according to class level.
