The artist has picked simple but beautiful pieces for this show that pull the viewer deep into the details of everyday scenes and objects.

The title “Etcetera” was chosen for this exhibit because it is a continuation of Oliphant’s previous work, work that she has continued and pieces she hopes to improve upon in the future. The works express her desire to bring the observer closer to objects by accentuating details or limiting them. Ultimately Oliphant wants the viewer to decide where to find the beauty.

The exhibition runs through October 11th, and will end with a closing reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm that evening with the artist.
