This year, 359 students passed a record-breaking 504 AP exams with a score of 3, 4 or 5. In all, 1,057 exams were attempted. Students could take multiple AP courses and exams. Each year since the program’s inception, the number of students taking AP classes has increased.

Premier Medical also has partnered with the Clarksville Montgomery County School System and Wyatt Johnson in the Pass & Go event. They are giving away 14 laptop computers and eight iPods. When students register for the event they will also receive a jump drive. After they receive the jump drive they will be able to plug the jump drive into one of the computers. If the jump drive is a winner, the student will take home one of the 14 computers. Premier Medical will also be giving away other door prizes and Beach Oil Company will be drawing for $25 gas cards. Domino’s Pizza will be providing food for the students attending and will give away door prizes as well.

Registration for the Wyatt Johnson Pass & Go event will begin at 4:00pm and end at 5:00pm on Saturday, July 28th.

After the registration is complete students will line up in order of their number to draw their key(s) from a jar. Included within the total number of keys will be twelve keys, which will open the car door and qualify the key holder as a finalist to draw from another jar of twelve keys, one of which will start the car and designate the winner of the Wyatt Johnson Pass and Go car.

“I am excited to be a part of this program,” says Mrs. Cannata. “It’s important to think outside the box and hopefully this will create a bigger incentive for students to enroll in AP classes.”

Event parking will be designated at the Wyatt Johnson dealership, located at 2425 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

For more information about the Pass and Go event or to locate the event, visit www.cmcss.net or call (931) 920–7921

Wyatt-Johnson to provide More Car Choices for Winning AP Student Clarksville, TN – The Fourth Annual Pass and Go event, a reward celebration for Clarksville-Montgomery County School System Advanced Placement students who score a 3, 4 or 5 on their exam, will be this Saturday at Wyatt Johnson, the event sponsor.
