Beginning Tuesday, September 4th classes will be $3.00 per class or $30.00 for a six-week session.<\/p>\n<p>Zumba fitness classes combine Latin dance with hip hop dance and other exotic music flavors. Routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
