Fort Campbell, KY – Vice President Joe Biden pays a surprise visit to a Welcome Home Ceremony for the 3rd Brigade Combat Team at Fort Campbell, KY on February 11th, 2011. 150 soldiers returned from a 1 year deployment to the Khowst Province of Afghanistan.
