Clarksville, TN – The Roxy Regional Theatre is participating in The Big Payback, a community-wide online giving day hosted by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. It starts today, Wednesday, May 6th at 6:00pm.
With the recent disasters in our region — the tornadoes, COVID-19 Coronavirus and the unfolding economic downturn — this year it’s more important than ever to help lift up nonprofit, school and faith-based organizations.

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Montgomery County Nonprofit Partnership Network and Hands on Clarksville will host the third in the series of training sessions to assist the nonprofit community on June 20th, 2012 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Clarksville Montgomery County Public Library.
The event is part of the 2012 Learning Series that provides training and professional networking opportunities for nonprofits, board members and other professionals interested in the area of nonprofit leadership and management.

Nashville, TN – The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a charitable organization benefiting nonprofits in Middle Tennessee, announces its annual scholarship application process and invites students to apply by March 11th, 2011, at www.cfmt.org.
Whether a student is studying law, horticulture, chiropractic medicine or musical composition; planning a career in technology or dentistry; or studying at a technical school or four-year university, The Community Foundation’s scholarship program offers opportunities for hundreds of students from various backgrounds and communities. APSU alumna awarded $700 scholarship from Tennessee Lobbyists Association

Jessica Chandler, an Austin Peay State University alumna, was awarded the George Oliver Benton Scholarship from The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
Chandler received the $700.00 academic award, supported by the Tennessee Lobbyists Association. She graduated with a degree in political science in May 2010.
A member of the 2010 Legislative Intern Class, she served as an intern for District 22 Sen. Tim Barnes, D-Adams, during the most recent Tennessee General Assembly. She will attend law school at the University of Memphis in the fall.
