Clarksville, TN – A fundraising total of $10.39 million in gifts and pledges has been reached by Austin Peay State University (APSU) for the 2019 fiscal year.
This number illustrates a 40 percent increase in the average annual fundraising amount over the last five years. The total surpasses the $9.86 million raised in 2018, making this the second-highest giving year in University history.

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University (APSU) was recently awarded a $100,000 grant from the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) to host a two-day Veterans’ Reconnect Conference on the University’s campus.
The conference, “Bridging the Gaps: Tennessee Institutions Leading the Change for Military/Veteran Transition,” will take place October 14th-15th, 2019 at the APSU Morgan University Center.

Edelweiss Club President Mary Ann Miner and Carl Eisemann presented the gift to APSU President Dr. Alisa White and retired Lt. Gen. Ronald Bailey, APSU vice president for external affairs, at a signing ceremony on May 10th, 2019.
