The Rivers and Spires 2012 Festival Continues Today!

Clarksville, TN – It’s hard to believe another year has passed and we are ready up for the 10th annual Rivers and Spires Festival, April 19th-21st. As usual there will be tons of free concerts, entertainment and activities. But, because it is our birthday, and we think a big one, the Festival has a few surprises up its sleeve, but you’ll have to come out and see!
If you’ve never been to the Rivers & Spires Festival or are new to town, put it on your calendar and get ready to have a great time. Lined with craft and food vendors, six music stages, kids’ activities and artisan booths, Historic Downtown transforms each year as the festival goes into full swing. Music is a big part of the event, with at least two artists on one of the many stages at any given time. But it doesn’t stop at just music. Rivers and Spires Festival to kick off it’s 10th Birthday Celebration April 19th in Downtown Clarksville

Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, April 19th at 5:00pm the 10th birthday celebration for the Rivers and Spires Festival will be getting into full swing. That night’s activities and concerts will be located on Public Square in Downtown Clarksville and are free and open to the public.
Get Downtown at 5:00pm for the Annual Clarksville Young Professional’s Rivers and Spires kickoff Business After Hours.
“Guilty Pleasures” will hit the stage at 8:30pm April 19th.
Rivers and Spires Brewfest announces New Beers to be Featured at this years Festival

Clarksville, TN – The Rivers and Spires Brewfest will feature 70 beer brands and introduce several new beers making their debut at the two-day, outdoor beer festival.
Scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 20th-21st, the inaugural event will have craft beers, food and entertainment. A highlight of the festival is a free concert on Saturday night by Little Big Town.

There are still openings for bands, artists, businesses, vendors and community volunteers who would like to participate in the event.
