Family-friendly trick-or-treating event October 28th will be safe but frightful
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation has partnered with Altra Federal Credit Union for this year’s Fright on Franklin event from 3:00pm-6:00pm Saturday, October 28th, 2017 in downtown Clarksville.
Fright on Franklin is a free, family-friendly event featuring safe trick-or-treating, a hayride, costume contests, and more in historic downtown Clarksville. Follow the screams (of delight) to an afternoon of frighteningly fun Halloween-themed activities.
Clarksville Transit System will begin Service to Industrial Park Monday, April 4th

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan is excited to announce that the Clarksville Transit System will begin offering bus service to the Clarksville – Montgomery County Industrial Park beginning April 4th, 2016.
“People have been asking for this service for a long time,” explained Mayor McMillan, “But in order to provide the service, we had to have the Urbanized Area in our Metropolitan Transportation Plan extended.”
Kids-N-Play to hold Fun Day Fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital August 30th

Clarksville, TN – Bring your kids to a special Fun Day at Kids-N-Play on August 30th to help St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Kids-N-Play will donate 50% of your regular admission price to help the on-going research provided by St. Jude’s.
Kids-N-Play offers a variety of activities with a 3 Level Play System, Cannon Blaster, and the hand power cards that will get kids up on their feet and playing all while promoting physical activity.
New Children’s Indoor Playland arrives in Clarksville with Grand Opening Celebration

Kids-N-Play hopes to help area kids “take play to a new level” and provide a fun, safe, healthy environment for children of all ages, while catering to parents and caregivers as well.
Clarksville, TN – The weather is turning chilly, and soon schools will be closed for the long winter break. Many parents are busy thinking of ways to keep their children occupied during this time of year. Just in time for the holidays, Clarksville’s newest indoor children’s entertainment center is officially opening and will host special “Grand Opening” events all weekend long – including face painting, free samples of Hunt Brothers Pizza and a raffle.
Located at 525-B Alfred Thun Road (off of Exit 4) in the space formerly occupied by Jump Zone, Kids-N-Play is a new kind of entertainment establishment for children up to age 12. Gone are the large bouncy castles and picnic tables of the old Jump Zone. Instead, children will be delighted by the gigantic multi-level climbing structure, featuring a variety of slides, bridges and tunnels. [Read more]
