Clarksville Transit System celebrates Independence Day with Free Rides July 3rd

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Transit System (CTS) will be offering free rides all day on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2019, in celebration of Independence Day.
CTS wants to provide passengers an opportunity to get their Independence Day shopping done and enjoy a free ride on the City of Clarksville.

Some of the events in July at the Museum are: Fantastical Patterns: Quintin Owens: Memory Structures, International Reflections: The Art of Women Artists Mentors, World in Wood: The Folk Art of Herbert Baggett, Interpreting the Familiar: The Art of Hattie Marshall Duncan, and Randy Rubel to Reveal Log House Mystery.
Hilltop Supermarket to hold Car & Fireworks Show

Clarksville, TN – Hilltop Supermarket will hold a Car and Fireworks show on Friday, June 29th, 2018. Come out and enjoy a fun filled day of classic cars, fireworks, food and family fun.
There will be plenty of activities for the kids. The car show will start at 4:00pm. Hotdogs, hamburgers, drinks, etc, will be available for purchase. Those attending should bring blankets or lawn chairs for the fireworks show.
Fort Campbell MWR to hold Independence Day Carnival, Concert and Fireworks

Fort Campbell, KY – The 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation will host an Independence Week Carnival July 3rd-7th, 2018. The week long celebration includes an Independence Day ceremony, July 4th.
This event is free to enter and open to the public.
The Independence Day ceremony and concert starts at 6:00pm on Wednesday, July 4th and Fireworks start at 9:30pm. (weather permitting).

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville will present its 10th annual Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 3rd, 2017 at Liberty Park. The event is free and open to the public.
Liberty Park will open at 5:00pm and activities and music will begin at 6:30pm. Seating is available throughout the park and the concerts will take place on the Great Lawn of the Wilma Rudolph Event Center.
City of Clarksville celebrates Independence Day with a Blast

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville held the ninth annual Independence Day Celebration on Sunday, July 3rd, 2016 at Liberty Park and what a celebration it was. Featured were great music, good food, games. Just about something for everyone.
The “Ten Strings and Tom” trio kicked things off around 6:00pm. This band is named for the instruments in their band–six string guitar, four string bass, and a tom or one drum of a drum set. They performed songs by Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix and others.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Movies in the Park, the city’s free, outdoor movie series, will celebrate its 11th season as it kicks off on Saturday, May 7th with the showing of Independence Day (PG-13)!
The season begins with the first two showings at Heritage Park, located at 1241 Peachers Mill Road, and followed by the next two showings at a new location – McGregor Park!
