Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Christmas on the Cumberland is sure to create lasting memories this holiday season as thousands experience the captivating display of more than two million lights.
Join with friends and neighbors to celebrate Christmas on the Cumberland’s 21st year with a grand opening ceremony at 5:30pm, Tuesday, November 26th at the McGregor Park RiverWalk and Museum.
Clarksville’s 18th annual Christmas on the Cumberland Opens

Clarksville, TN – Tuesday night, November 22nd, hundreds of people gathers at the McGregor Park RiverWalk and Museum for the grand opening ceremony of the City of Clarksville’s 18th annual Christmas on the Cumberland.
Just before the ceremony began, those in attendance were treated to Christmas Carols by the Rossview High School Choir.
Montgomery County ushers in Christmas with Caroling and Lighting of the County Tree

Montgomery County, TN – The Christmas season kicked off Saturday, December 5th on the Montgomery County Court House steps as crowds gathered to listen to Christmas caroling by local students. There was also hot chocolate available inside the Montgomery County Courts Complex.
The caroling started at 4:00pm and continued right up to the start of the Clarksville Montgomery County Annual Lighted Christmas Parade.

Montgomery County Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was held Saturday

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, December 7th at 5:00pm, Montgomery County held their annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at outside the court house and in the court center.
There was hot chocolate and cookies for all those attending. Christmas music was playing making it a festive atmosphere.
Before the ceremony began, several people took advantage of the empty sleigh in the court center for photos.

The event kicks off with the Jingle Bell Jog 5K hosted by the City of Clarksville and Run for a Reason. The 5K race will begin at 8:00am, in downtown Clarksville.
