Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville will celebrate Arbor Day by planting two poplar trees at 11:00am on Friday, April 5th, 2019 at Barksdale Elementary School, 1920 Madison Street.

The trees to be planted have been donated by the Clarksville Tree Board.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Beginning Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Forestry Division, the Clarksville Tree Board, and the Clarksville Department of Electricity will offer Clarksville residents fresh-cut Christmas tree recycling at Heritage Park.

Tree City USAClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Tree Board is happy to announce that they are starting a “Big Tree” contest, previously known as “Champion Tree”.

The contest aims to involve the public in developing our large tree inventory, while raising awareness of the benefits trees provide to our area.

Trees reduce air and water pollution and help increase the beauty and livability of our community.
